While maintaining authenticty we are not scared of combining different food cultures

Currently available for food festivals and pop ups. 

We are currently making Chinese street Crepes called "Jian Bing" with 4 options: the classic, confit duck, Sichuan pulled pork and ma po tofu. 

We are constantly working on new ideas and have a massive number of food ideas to bring to the table.
